Full Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival - Evisa Vietnam
On your arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, use the offered Vietnam Evisa to clear immigration. You will be welcome by the guide with the welcome board of your name signal. Then transfer to the hotel for check-in. Relax for the rest of the day and enjoy welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant – Home Moc Restaurant.
Day 2: Experience Hanoi Like a Local
Today, venture out to explore Hanoi, the city of 1000 years old. First, reach the Ho Chi Minh complex where you will spend time visiting Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, his former stilt-house, the yellow Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum and One Pillar Pagoda. Next, explore the Temple of Literature, which originally built as the first national university in the 11th century and a temple to Confucius.
In the afternoon, enjoy a 1-hour cyclo tour around the French-inspired old quarter. You will have a chance to have a closer look at the lifestyle of local people as well as see old houses filled with long-standing cultures and traditions. Later, you can sit down to see the traditional Puppet Show or return to the hotel to relax and revelry on your own.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay
After breakfast, travel to the airport to take a private seaplane to Halong Bay. You will have a chance to behold this World Heritage Site from the bird eye’s view. Then embark on the Orchid Cruises and enjoy a warm welcome drink while receiving cruise briefing and safety instructions. After check-in in your cabin, cruise to Da Chong islet, where you can a lighthouse of 100 years old built by French.
Enjoy an International Buffet Lunch while passing the islets of Con Vit area with amazing limestone karst formations rising up out of the sea in an impressive manner. Later, arrive in Gia Luan and start a land excursion on Cat Ba Island with a visit to Trung Trang cave in the middle of Cat Ba National Park. The cave was carved by nature for more than 2000 years. The cave has many stalactites taking on various shapes that will awe and inspire visitors to use their imagination.
Visit the less populated areas at Tra Bau to enjoy the green emerald and cool water by swimming before returning to Orchid Cruises to enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Next, you are free to enjoy Happy Hour on the cruise or massage service. In the evening, enjoy Sumptuous Candlelight Deluxe Dinner prepared and served by wonderful onboard catering staff in an intimate romantic setting. Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi
Be an early bird this morning to behold the mesmerizing dawn at Lan Ha Bay then participate in an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck. After breakfast, continue your journey with kayaking on Frog Lake to unlock the hidden charm of the Bay.
Afterward, return to the cruise, check-out the cabin, enjoy lunch and tea ceremony to know more about Vietnamese tea culture. Farewell the cruise team later, disembark at the quayside in the south of the bay. Take the private seaplane back to Hanoi
Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Hoi An Ancient Town
Today, take a domestic flight from Hanoi to Hue. Then travel by private vehicle to Hoi An ancient town. In the afternoon, start a leisure walking tour around the ancient town to visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An – Ba Na Hills
After breakfast, pick up at your hotel and transfer to Ba Na Hills to explore the Gold Bridge, one of the most beautiful pedestrian bridges in the world. Then visit some old French villas en route, as well as the suspension bridge, Nui Chua and the Mountain Peak (at the height of 1,487m). In the afternoon, explore Vong Nguyet villa (Moon View) with the famous wine cellar, Linh Ung Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha's monument. Return to Hoi An in the late afternoon
Day 7: Hoi An - Private Cooking Class - Fly to Saigon
Today, participate in a private half-day cooking class. You will be picked up and travel to Ms. Vy's market restaurant. From here the chief will take us to buy some ingredients at the local market by a boat trip.
Next, you will have a chance to listen to interesting information about foods and cooking from the chef, watch live cooking demonstrations with actual involvement and many food tastings, and experience hands-on cooking with the instructions of the chef. After the cooking class, enjoy the dishes you have made. In the afternoon, take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City, the heart of Southern Vietnam. Check-in the hotel and relax for the rest of the day.
Saigon Vespa Tour after dark (Optional)
Start the tour once the sun disappears in the west. the drivers will take you around the big streets to small streets to see all the daily nightlife of local people. Then stop at a seafood workshop for your first tasting meal. With all picked up dishes, enjoy with local beer, fruit juice or cold water while streets outside are still busy. After that, transfer back to the central district, passing many highlight places in the city and stop at the Banh Xeo workshop. This is a special street restaurant where you will see the local women cooking Banh Xeo what you later try with a cold drink.
When you think you cannot eat anymore, it’s time the Vespa drivers take you to a hidden Vietnamese-style coffee shop to have a taste of Vietnamese live music as locals. There is no micro, no power light, it’s only live songs and candle and people whisper to pick up a drink. You can stay here long as we can or we will move to the last destination to change the music taste (Optional for the family is Ice-cream workshop).
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta
After breakfast, transfer to Cai Be by the private limousine car. You will be welcome aboard with cold towels and a refreshing drink while luxury sampan cruise sets off for its leisurely cruise towards Tan Phong Islet. From the cruise’s unique vantage point, see the rustic life along the river with endless big and small boats, local people working the fields as well as stunning landscapes in every shade of green.
On arrival at Tan Phong Islet, take a short cycling trip through the villages and fruit gardens with its deliciously sweet flesh, the specialty of the islet. Then visit local cottage industries where people make everything from rice paper and rice flour cakes to roof panels from water coconut fronds and homewares from water hyacinths.
From the islet, travel via rowing sampan through the peaceful, narrow canals, back to the sampan where you’ll continue on to the village of Phu An. Your cruise ends at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is served in this elegant colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by the river surrounded by fruit trees, giving you a sense of how the privileged class lived in Indochina times. Later, take a short walk along the canal towards Ba Bon Bridge where your personal vehicle awaits to drive you back to Ho Chi Minh City. Have dinner at Luc Tinh Restaurant, one of the most authentic restaurants in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City – Fly to Siem Reap
After breakfast, feel free to relax at the hotel or explore the city until the vehicle arrives to take you to the airport for your departure flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, transfer directly to the hotel for check-in and relax. The rest of the day is free leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 10: Angkor Wat Sunrise & Grand Circuit
Wake up early this morning to behold the gorgeous sunrise over Angkor complex. Then continue to see the architectural masterpiece of Angkor Wat.
After breakfast, continue your exploration to Ta Phrom, a temple half consumed by the Cambodian jungle and famous in the west as the film location for “Tomb Raider”. Then enter this last capital of the Khmer Empire through the Southern Gate where giant carvings of gods and demons flank each side of the entrance. Inside this great city, explore the Royal Enclosure, Elephant Terrace and Terrace of Leper King. Feel the serenity that exudes from the stone face carvings of the Bayon Temple. Next, see various famous temples of the grand circuit, Neak Pean and Pre Rup.
Day 11: Explore Authentic Village Life
Within half an hour's drive from Siem Reap, you can see traditional farmers practicing their trades such as basket weaving, net fishing, farming of vegetables, rice and fruits. Afternoon, visit the handicraft center and family Artisans D’Angkor and Silk Farm, there was built by a French NGO to revive Cambodia's beautiful silk production. We can see every step of silk production. Overnight in Siem Reap
Day 12: Siem Reap – Fly to Luang Prabang
After breakfast, you will be free at your leisure till transfer to airport for departure flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival, you will be picked up the airport and transferred to the hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 13: Discover Hidden Luang Prabang
Get up early this morning to join with local people offering alms to hundreds of saffron-robed monks – an awe-inspiring sight. Then return to the hotel for breakfast.
Next, enjoy a short guided tour seeing the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. During your time here, visit Wat Mai – the holy temple and the National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the diversity of Lao cultures forming throughout the history of more than 1000 years.
Finish your discovery by a visit to Living Craft Center by Ock Pop Tock and have 30 minutes touring around the Center, see the local weavers working to create handicraft products and learn more about customs culture of the ethnic minority of Lao people. The evening is free to stroll around the Night Market to see the colorful collection of textiles
Day 14: Luang Prabang – Kuang Si Waterfalls
This morning, transfer by the private vehicle to beautiful Kuang Si waterfall. On the way, visit the Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Na Ouane village. You also visit Buffalo Dairy farm and take a chance to taste fresh products. On arrival at the waterfalls, take a leisure hike through the national park towards the waterfalls and pass by the Asian bear rescue center. Enjoy the feeling of the mist, turquoise waters of the different waterfalls. Swimming in the refreshing waters is possible.
In the afternoon, transfer back to Luang Prabang. Embark on a traditional cruise for around 1,5 hours sunset cruise along the Mekong River with tapas and drink by Khopfa Mekong Cruise. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 15: Luang Prabang Departure
After breakfast, we will be free until your driver arrives to take you to the airport for your departure flight. Tour ends.
